Our Story

herTRAINER was created out of a simple but growing concern: young female athletes are surrounded by confusing, conflicting advice about training, food, and performance, much of it coming from social media and platforms that were not built with their age, development, or safety in mind.

 

As parents, coaches, and former athletes, we saw how early these messages start shaping confidence and habits, often before girls even have the tools to understand what their bodies actually need.

 

We built herTRAINER to be different. This is not about dieting, extremes, or chasing perfection. It is about giving middle and high school athletes clear, supportive guidance they can trust around fuel, movement, routines, and confidence, while encouraging open conversations with parents and coaches.

 

Everything we build is grounded in expert input, real athletic experience, and the belief that strong habits, built early, set athletes up not just for better performance, but for a healthier relationship with sport for years to come.
