herTRAINER: From Sidelines to Startup
For the last five years, I’ve coached my daughter’s basketball teams. We’ve spent nights in gyms, weekends at tournaments, and countless hours talking about workouts, meals, and recovery. Over and over, the same gap showed up: lots of effort, but little guidance built for girls. Nutrition advice was scattered or made for adult men. Sleep and recovery were barely mentioned. And the mental side—confidence, pressure, identity, joy—was often ignored.

Parents and athletes kept asking the same questions: What should I eat before a late game? How do I sleep before a tournament? How do I train in-season without burning out? How do I handle nerves and social pressure?
There was no single place offering clear, age-appropriate, athlete-tested answers.
So we are building it.
Our Starting Point
herTRAINER started as our family project: a simple plan to organize the essentials my daughter and her teammates needed every week. It became video outlines, printable checklists, challenges, and a growing library of resources. We decided that if this could help one team, it could help many. You’ll see authentic athlete involvement throughout—because this brand is built with and for real athletes.

The Four Pillars
Fuel: Practical nutrition, recipes, grocery guides, and meal planning for growing, training, and competing.
Movement: Training plans and challenges that fit school, club, and tournament schedules.
Sleep: Recovery routines, wind-down playbooks, and sleep challenges that improve next-day performance.
Mental: Confidence tools, journaling prompts, and mindset strategies to handle pressure and build identity.
Why herTRAINER Matters
Performance isn’t just about effort. It’s about systems—how you fuel, train, recover, and think across a season. When those systems are designed for female athletes, progress compounds. Fewer crashes. More consistency. Better results. And, just as important, more joy in the sport.
